Service Fees

Backflow testing, inspection, and reporting services are time-based professional services. Once a service has been performed, fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled with reasonable notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Cancellations without notice or failure to provide access to the device may result in a service or rescheduling fee.

  • Travel, after-hours, or rush fees are non-refundable once incurred.

Incomplete or Unsuccessful Testing

​

If testing cannot be completed due to device inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or device failure, a service fee may still apply for time and travel.

 

If a repair is recommended and declined, testing fees remain non-refundable.

Errors or Service Issues

​

If an error occurs due to our workmanship or reporting, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided for corrected services.

Payments Made in Error

​

Duplicate or incorrect payments will be reviewed and refunded when appropriate.
